NJ Construction (NJ) has become Quanta Lines. Effective today, the company headquartered at its new premises in Doncaster Victoria, will trade as Quanta Lines, providing a fresh strategic direction and pathway for growth to meet the needs of the growing powerline market in Australia.
A new management team has started, led by Mark Gould. Other executive team members include Barney Manga (Operations), Chris Connell (Strategy & Business Development) and Rob Appleton (Work Winning).
Quanta Lines has the largest fleet of specialised equipment in the country and is part of a leading global network of powerline contractors. Owned by Quanta Inc, a fortune 500 company who last year turned over $US11B, Quanta Lines will have the financial backing, access to resources, equipment and technology that enables world-class execution with local delivery.
“We know the industry is poised for exponential growth over the next five years and we are ready to meet that challenge head on”, Mark said.

NJ started as a small business in Queanbeyan NSW in 1994 and was brought by Quanta Inc in 2016. The company provides services in the construction of transmission and distribution powerlines n the utilities, renewables, mining and residential markets.
